NorAm Cup Podium for Patrick Dew

After 6 weeks on the road 18 year old Vernon Freestyle Skier Patrick Dew finishes second in the NorAm Cup for Freestyle Skiing.

Patrick started his training with the Silver Star Freestyle Club, currently skis for Freestyle BC team but has his eye on the Canadian National team. Patrick has been supported in part by Vernon based Skevik Skis who’s hand made skis have help propel Patrick to the top of the podium. Dew is also grateful for the support he receives from Smith Optics. Patrick graduated from Vernon Secondary School in 2016, he juggles skiing with online courses as he pursues a career in Automotive engineering. When he is home, Patrick works part time at his family’s business Hogarth’s Clinic Pharmacy.
