All active members of Freestyle BC are invited and encouraged to attend the 2017 Annual General Meeting.

The meeting is being held via GoToWebinar in an effort to minimize expense and ensure the meeting is accessible to members across the province. Please register in advance of the AGM to receive the connection details for GoToWebinar. You can register anytime in advance of the meeting to have the connection details emailed to you.

Voting will be done via proxy for each of the Freestyle BC member clubs. Each club is asked to email [email protected] before Monday, September 11th to indicate who will be the club’s single voting representative. Each voting representative must connect to the call via computer to be able to vote electronically during the meeting. Please ensure your computer meets the minimum system requirements.
