Are you interested in Freestyle Ski Coaching? Then this course is for you! Fundamentalz is the mandatory course to get into freestyle ski coaching.

Goal: 

Developing fundamental instructional skills for kids in Freestyle Ski programs. Learn teaching progressions of freestyle specific skills and mechanics in:

• Mogul skiing skills
• Park and Halfpipe skills
• Air skills

Equipment: Helmet, tuned skis, poles

Performance expectations: Demonstrate basic skills in halfpipe, moguls and rails. An assessment is done on the coach candidate.

Prerequisites: Active Freestyle Canada membership license.
