Air 1 Coaching Course: June 25-26
The goal of the Air 1 course is to coach acrobatic foundation skills on the Trampoline. Air 1 teaches basic trampoline skill mechanics, how to create flip and spin rotation, how to land safely and overall develop great foundation skills that will be the building blocks of Air 2 skills.
Schedule: 8:00am- 4:00pm
Air 2 Coaching Course: June 27-29
The Air 2 course will allow coaches to teach advanced acrobatics skills up to twisting single inverts. Coaches will be able to understand basic tramp acrobatic mechanics and invert progressions. Candidates will be asked to attempt inverted maneuvers progressions, demonstrate knowledge of moves and progressions through coaching.
